Why can't I maximize my Survey Window in Internet Explorer?

If you click in the Survey link in a Pending Recap in IE, you might the new window that opens is small and cannot be maximized. 

To prevent this issue, follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Internet Explorer Settings. 

2. Click "Internet Options"

3. Click "Tabs"

4. In the new window, choose "The New Tab Page" when a new tab is opened and "Always open pop-ups in a new tab". Then click "OK".
