How do I filter my Opportunities?

You may run across times where you have many Opportunities available to you, but may only want to look at only a smaller group of Opportunities to make it more manageable.  For example, you may have Opportunities for many upcoming weekends, but you only want to see the Opportunities for the next, upcoming weekend to see which ones you want to apply to.  Similarly, you may only want to see the Opportunities that you have already applied to to see their status.  To make this easy in The Agency Mobile App, we have built filters into the Opportunity pages to make this possible (similar filters exist for Event pages as well).  The filters exist on both the New Opps page and the Opp History page.  for these examples, we will use the Opp History page.

Filter Opportunities by Date 

1.   Tap on the Navigation button.

  

2. Tap on Opportunities > Expired Opps.

 

2. To filter by Date, tap on the All Dates button. 

3. A popup will open with all of the dates you currently have Opportunities for.  Tap on the date you want to filter on. The page will now be filtered with your date selection.  The filter at the top of the page will also show the date you have filtered on.  To remove the filter, tap on the Date filter again and select "All Dates" to show all Opportunities again. 

Filter Opportunities by Location 

1.   Tap on Opportunities > Expired Opps.

2. To filter by Location, tap on the All Locations button.  

3. A popup will open with all of the Locations you currently have Opportunities for.  Tap on the Locations you want to filter on.The page will now be filtered with your Location selection.  The filter at the top of the page will also show the Location you have filtered on.  To remove the filter, tap on the Location filter again and select "All Locations" to show all Opportunities again.

Filter Opportunities by Status (this filter ONLY exists on the Opp History Page)

1.   Tap on Opportunities > Expired Opps.

2. To filter by Status, tap on the All Statuses button.  

 

3. A popup will open with all of the Statuses you currently have Opportunities for.  Tap on the Status you want to filter on.The page will now be filtered with your Status selection.  The filter at the top of the page will also show the Status you have filtered on.  To remove the filter, tap on the Status filter again and select "All Statuses" to show all Opportunities again.
