I can't Upload my Photos or Submit my Recap on the computer!

If you encounter issues with uploading your photos or submitting your recap, the following steps will walk you through how to resolve the issues:

Google Chrome

1. Click on the 3 dotted icon in the top right hand corner of Google Chrome (Settings)


2. This will bring up a new popup window below. Click "MORE TOOLS"


3. This will expand the popup window. Click on "CLEAR BROWSING DATA"


4. This will open a new window. Click on the dropdown menu at the top and click "The Beginning of Time". Check the boxes for "Cookies", "Cached Images and Files", "Autofill Form Data", and "Hosted App Data". Then click "CLEAR BROWSING DATA" button on the bottom. 


5. Close and Re-Open Chrome. Navigate to https://fieldlink.interactionsmarketing.com and try again. 

 

Internet Explorer

1. Click on the Gear / Cogwheel icon in the top right hand corner of Internet Explorer (Settings)


2. This will bring up a new popup window below. Click "INTERNET OPTIONS"


3. This will open a new window. Click on "DELETE"


4. This will open a new window. Check the boxes for "Temp Internet Files", "Cookies and Website Data", "Form Data", and "Tracking Protection". Then click "DELETE" button on the bottom. 


5. Close and Re-Open Internet Explorer. Navigate to https://fieldlink.interactionsmarketing.com and try again. 

 

Safari

1. Click on Safari tab in the top left hand corner of Safari Browser. Click "PREFERENCES" 


2. This will bring up a new popup window below. Under the "Privacy" tab, click "REMOVE ALL WEBSITE DATA" button. 


3. This will open a new popup window. Click on "REMOVE NOW"



4. Close and Re-Open Safari. Navigate to https://fieldlink.interactionsmarketing.com and try again.
